Instructions to cook:
In a large pot sauté the onions and carrots and celery in a
little bit of olive oil for about 3 minutes
Now add the chicken breasts and let them brown a bit on
both sides.
Then add salt, garlic, and other spices along with the
chicken broth.
Put a lid over and leave it to cook until the chicken is
done.

own Sister Amy has compiled a series of different fruits into smoothies, you choose your
combination of fruits and flavours. Here are some of our favourites!

Yoghurt
Milk
Honey
A few minutes before iftar blend it in a blender and serve straight away.
